Chapel Press offers digital proofs only. A final PDF will be emailed to you for your approval. It is important that you check content, spelling and punctuation. Chapel Press will not be held responsible for any errors in text, dates, spelling, etc. Once you have approved final artwork, you are assuming full responsibility and understand that any changes that may need to be made will be at your own expense. An estimate for changes will be provided and you will be asked to sign off on that estimate.


All monitors are calibrated differently, so we select colours using the Pantone matching system which is reconised world wide. We cannot match colours to what you see on a monitor. While we take the upmost care when mixing PMS ink colours, this is done by hand so slight variances are possible.

Cancellation policy

If for any reason you should need to cancel your order Chapel Press shall retain the initial 50% deposit. If we have begun printing your job, you will be expected to pay your balance in full.

Supplied art - certified originality

If you are supplying artwork it is your responsibility to ensure that the design you are providing to us is your own and does not resemble other products or designs that are available through other letterpress or design studios. You shall indemnify Chapel Press against all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, due to any actions taken against you for copyright infringements. When providing artwork, you are certifying that the designs you are providing us with are your own original concepts.

Press date, final payment and shipping

When we receive your final files and deposit, we will schedule your press date. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery from this date. Holidays, weekends and transit time are not included in the schedule. Rush orders are available at an additional charge. Please let us know if you have a quick deadline or special needs. Your job may require extra time due to circumstances out of our control, such as extra finishing services or file issues, in which case we will notify you if we cannot meet the normal turnaround time. Turnaround times are not guaranteed, they are simply an estimate of when your project will be completed. We will not credit clients for jobs that run over schedule due to uncontrollable circumstances. Final payment is due upon delivery of your project. We accept Visa, Mastercard and direct deposit.

Returns, reprints and liabilities

Claims for damages, defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 10 business days after the delivery of receiving your order. In the event of a reprint, the original order must be returned in its entirety.

Deposits and Payment

A 50% deposit is required for us to raise your order and begin work. When the completed order is ready for collection, the remaining balance including GST. All artwork and materials remain the property of Chapel Press until payment has been made in full
